    COUNSELLOR, EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS AND LEADERSHIP COACH

    A fully qualified Counsellor working in the charity sector, Emma also has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients in her private counselling practice and is a qualified executive functions coach. She graduated from the Tavistock Institute as an executive leadership coach over 15 years ago and was a co-founder of JCA Group, the leading Board advisory boutique. Emma combines her interest in building mental health agility with her deep understanding of the corporate world, having worked with and observed many aspects of resilience, relationships and psychology shown within the Board dynamics and leadership of many corporate Boards.

  • COUNSELLING PSYCHOTHERAPIST & MINDFULNESS COACH

    A highly experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Cheryl has a Masters in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and is also trained through Oxford University to teach Mindfulness for Business. Having built a successful private psychotherapy practice, her passion for mental health and wellbeing led to her co-founding Giraffe Resilience in 2016. She has delivered many programmes in the workplace as well as to individuals, developing skills and supporting behaviour changes to drive personal growth. She drew on her prior corporate experience, building capability in teams as an established consultant, facilitator and trainer in the fmcg sector.

  • TEAM DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

    Jennie has 20+ years of commercial experience in large consumer corporates, such as Reckitt Benckiser and Mondelez working in both marketing and commercial positions, before transitioning to consultancy. She is particularly interested in team and people development, building understanding and insights to maximise the capability of a team. She loves nothing more than witnessing individuals and teams flourish!

  • YOGA & WELLBEING EXPERT

    Helen’s love for, and journey into, yoga started 20 years ago whilst training as a dancer in London, as part of a rigorous fitness and flexibility regime. She soon discovered the benefits could extend much further, with the practice including improved breathing and wellbeing. As a qualified yoga instructor, Helen has been coaching people of all ages and abilities on the benefits of yoga for improved fitness, strength and mobility, but also for the meditation and wellbeing that it brings, leaving clients feeling more centred and relaxed.

  • NUTRITIONAL EXPERT

    After an established commercial career, with 20+ years in consultancy and training roles, Caroline’s interest in nutrition subsequently has led her to a formal qualification as a Nutritionist. She is particularly passionate about the impact of diet on mental and physical health. She also is qualified to Level 2 NCFE in Counselling Skills and for the past three years has co-hosted bereavement workshops, training professionals to support bereaved children & young people in their care.

  • COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST

    Kate is a qualified counselling psychologist and has chartered membership with the British Psychological Society; she is also a qualified EMDR practitioner. Kate has a wealth of experience in mental health, with a thriving private practice where she provides cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy for individuals. She also specialises in delivering psycho-educational group training. Additionally, she works for the Worcestershire & Herefordshire Health & Care NHS Trust, carrying out complex psychological assessments and providing a range of therapies.

  • PSYCHOTHERAPIST

    Phil is a qualified Psychotherapist with a Masters in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. He initially qualified as a physical education teacher and soon found a disposition for teaching students with educational needs different to those offered by the mainstream. This led to his interest in psychology and subsequently developed his skills in therapy. His passion still remains in supporting clients to understand their personal growth, through a strong therapeutic relationship between client & counsellor.
